Remember, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered business days. If your withdrawal hasn't appeared in your bank account after this period, please contact us and provide the following information via email:
- Bank Statement: A PDF of your online bank statement showing the IBAN number and all transactions from the withdrawal date to the present.
- E-wallet Screenshot (for Skrill, MuchBetter, Neteller withdrawals): A screenshot from your e-wallet account showing all transactions from the withdrawal date to the present.
Once we receive the required documents, we will escalate the matter to our payment team for investigation.
